Poor thing! Did they give you any painkillers? Sounds like she’s having a tough time of it!
If this is a result of an injury, the stitches make it look like that, she may also be having anxiety of some kind. You might want to try a thundershirt.
Apparently dog CBD gummies are also a thing. I can’t personally vouch for them, gummies have zero effect on me. :(

Based in the shaving and the stitches, looks like an injury of some kind. Maybe she got bit?

Former vet tech here. Could also be a a mass removal. Anything that would require sutures like this would need to be shaved to prevent infection.
