Governor of Lipetsk region:
βThere was a detonation of explosive objects far from civilian buildings. All emergency services are working at the scene. As a result of the UAV crash, an energy infrastructure facility was damaged. There are power supply interruptions. Specialists have begun restoration work. The threat of a UAV attack remains. Air defense and suppression systems are working.β
