That was the beauty of Reddit. I could avoid all the sites like 4chan, Twitter, Tumblr, Tic Tok, Facebook, etc., and just get the best of everything from Reddit.

Now I get the best of Reddit on Lemmy instead.

Another fun fact: Major General was originally Sergeant Major General, which is why Lieutenant General is a higher rank even though Majors outrank Lieutenants.
