Do the gloves of archery work with dual hand crossbows? When I equip them the damage preview doesn’t change, but it just calls out ranged weapon damage, so it seems like it should work.
It does, but the preview damage in the character sheet doesn’t seem to update, but for me, the tool tip on the actual attacks does update. Running dual hand crossbows on a thief rogue is my favorite way to hurt things from range, don’t hit very hard but hits a lot…
Pop up update logic is completely shot. If I switch characters while in the inventory screen it keeps showing the pop up for the original character.
I love this game, but the QA is terrible.
I’ve had it do that the very first time a tool tip pops up but usually the problem sorts itself if I just move off the item and back over it to trigger a new tool tip. But ymmv.
I’ve been pleasantly impressed by the polish of the game for the most part, but maybe I’ve been jaded by games always having bugs, the bigger the scope of the game the more bugs it has and at least I haven’t had any game breaking bugs.
I had just one that necessitated a reload, which as far as these things go is pretty good.
When I took the boat in the underdark, Lae’zel got stuck between scenes and I had no way to get her back. She didn’t even show up in camp. I dismissed her before I boarded and then it worked.
It can, but only one Sneak Attack per turn regardless of how you get it in there.
You can equip two crossbows???
Only the hand crossbow, not light or heavy crossbows.

Huh, interesting. Guess I never paid attention. I haven’t figured out the difference between bows and cross bows yet and I’m in act 3, haha.
Crossbows essentially have lower weapon proficiency requirements as more classes can use them.
Hand crossbows main advantage is they can be dual wielded and you can fire again after dashing.
