It could be true already. My wife listens to the pop station in Windsor cause it has less commercials. One of those commercials that constantly plays is one from the Ontario government trumpeting how their leadership made it so you can now purchase wine coolers at markets instead of just government approved liquor stores. Feels like a huge waste of money to advertise that, all the time, for months.
