Yeah they need to remove the question mark, of fucking course they do. Any meaningful question should be is it โ€œcruel and unusualโ€ to force these environmental prisoners to clean up toxic environmental waste for the rest of their lives?

Never heard of it happening, so Iโ€™m going to go with โ€œnoโ€. Whenever it comes up, itโ€™s always just a โ€œcost of doing businessโ€ type of scenario where the eventual fine and damages donโ€™t outweigh the potential gains, which means they all do it and will continue doing it.
