Low FPS isn’t the worst. I’ve played games on plenty of potatoes. Nothing is better than a buttery smooth FPS, but it’s not the end of the world.

A bad team mate happens but it’s just the way it is sometimes. Dude could be new to the game. Unless they are straight up throwing I can get over it.

Usually after the first few times, my mom would usually get the picture. It’s a little annoying but it’s usually pretty brief (unless I was in trouble)

But connection issues? You can fuck right off with that. I can’t tell you how many times my Internet just turns off in the middle of a game for no reason besides fuck you. And Internet lag is the fucking worst because, unlike the other options, you literally can’t do anything about it. Everything else you at least have some control over. Bad FPS? Lower the settings. Bad teammate? Try your best to carry and make up the difference. Mom calling you? Just don’t be rude and say it’ll take a minute. Bad Internet? Your ISP is like “lmao fuck you it’s just shitty today. Too bad we’re the only option in town.” I’ve had some ISPs that will just turn off my Internet for a few days for no reason and I have to call a technician to get it turned back on. They’re always like “oh man it was turned off for some reason I don’t know what happened.”

I wish this wasn’t true, but I’ve been in my fair share of lobbies where shit gets real fucked up real fast. The only solace I get is that they are probably either really lonely in real life, terrified to even talk to women, or self conscious about their masculinity. Or all three.

I don’t think it’s even as complicated as that, I think it’s just dumb insecurity and wanting to sound like a big man by spouting whatever nonsense you can - hence why if it’s a woman you’ll get sexist shit, or racist shit if it’s not a white guy or anything else of the low hanging fruit of insults.

If all else fails, call them gay and tell them you fucked their mother.

Statistically it’s low FPS.

The rest of the options are only applicable to online multiplayer games, and the question maker was using a general word “Gamers”.

Seconded. I can endure most things except horrible FPS and/or stuttering.

Shitty frame pacing is infuriating.

It’s still 60 FPS if you render 60 frames in 50 milliseconds and spend the remaining 950 doing nothing, but it would be utterly unplayable.

It has to be connection lost.

Mom only has power over a subset of younger gamers.

Being annoyed with someone else’s skill is a personal issue, bad players are a given in open multiplayer and forgiven if they are your friend.

Fps tends to be stable per game. Either you have enough to play in way you accept or you don’t.

But connection lost is like being smitten by the gods, you cant predict when it will happen and it always means game over.

Bad teammate doesn’t mean a bad player necessarily. It can be a toxic ass that is throwing on purpose, or that is just annoyingly telling you how the play the game.

Also, if you play SP games 3 out of 4 don’t apply, so I’ll say low FPS is more annoying for offline gamers.
