This is actually pretty normal for environmental scientists doing government contract work. I know someone that does ordinance impact studies and writes custom simulation software. She’s a corporation of 2 people and is registered at her home. Her website is basically a business card. All these small corporations are created to meet minimum government bidding requirements.
