Publicly. Wonder what he thinks behind close doors? also must not be a fan of taxing the rich if he is using a loophole to avoid estate taxes.
Financially, it makes sense to do. But morally and ethnically? Debatable. I don’t think it’s hypocritical to both exploit the law as written and advocate for its change, if it doesn’t exactly harm anyone.
Like if that “legal murder zone” was a real thing, it would absolutely be bad to exploit that. But tax avoidance is pretty far down my list of all the bad things you can do.
At first I read this as “the next generation of buffets.” I was getting excited that someone had figured out how to make a buffet that isn’t a food safety nightmare, then I read the rest of the sentence and was disappointed…
