I wasn’t sure how serious you meant that - but I feel like I have to point out that - while indeed helpful - medication isn’t motivation in pill form and by itself can’t break the cycle.

I was more serious than not, I’m a disorganized mess with classic ADHD tendencies. The meds get me at least halfway to normal, which is usually enough to get me to push myself the rest of the way.

To your point if I’m not motivated at all, the only thing Adderall does for me is slows down my thinking and reduces the brain chatter.
