We have heard you. We apologize for the confusion and angst the runtime fee policy we announced on Tuesday caused. We are listening, talking to our team members, community, customers, and partners, and will be making changes to the policy. We will share an update in a couple of days. This just feels like the Wizards of the Coasts OGL debacle all over again.
As someone who is doing a course in games design using Unity, this change has made me actually start learning Godot and Unreal. I will need to completely relearn everything I’ve been taught so far. But hey, lets me try out different engines I guess
