Never heard of khachapuri before, apparently some kind of cheesy bread.

National dish and it seems like even within Georgia there are regional variations.

I’m interested in trying it! Without the cheese. :)

I consider myself lactose ambivalent. I’m not really INTOLERANT, I just hate cheese. LOL.
