RIP Justin TV and early twitch where most streams didn’t have selfie cams or cartoon avatars. Anonymity isn’t just a haunted house on Long Island, it’s part of the early internet hacker culture too many forget or never learn.

Why are you calling out cartoon avatars here? They protect the identity/anonymity of the streamer, no?

They either fail to realize that the avatar is to maintain anonymity, while giving people a personable figure to watch, or they are just one of those people who don’t like it due to personal preferences, and want to sound like they have a better reason than that.

You’re right that’s a bit too far, I’d rather just see the content than someone or something’s reaction to it.

There’s a lot of money to be made being a fake girl on the internet getting gifts from sweaty horny dudes.

It means the dad was a vtuber. Picture a Twitch streamer, but with an anime girl avatar instead of seeing the streamer.

But was dad a anime or furry vtuber?

Whatever type of vruber dad was required a voice changer. So none of the options were great.
