So I bought the Timex Easy Reader after some research and got it for really cheap, but I have never worn any watch so I don’t know if it’s too big?
Looks just right to me. But I am just a regular person.

In general, if it isn’t uncomfortable to wear it is not too big.

I’d say it depends what look you are going for. For a classic dress watch, I’d consider it a bit too big. For a more leisure or sporty look it’s just on the upper limit but OK if you like your watch to be more prominent.
But that’s just my personal opinion - If you like it, what’s wrong with that?
