I’m guessing it’s for cleaning a collection of something small. You throw them in, zip it, and put the thing into your washing machine. Not sure what for, though - Could be pebbles, dices, loose teeth, etc. Keycaps, maybe?

I mean. It’s not like it would damage anything unless you used a lot of friction and no lube. You would definitely need to wash it after each use.
