Your instance doesn’t really matter that much but personally, I feel like the bigger instances will be the ones more prone to enshitification.

The admins over here are Canadian and have set up a non-profit to keep everything they’re doing above board, so I like them. :)

Feddit.uk are also using a nice opencollective funding model, so it seems like these projects are nicely decentivised against a rogue admin selling the domain or selling the actual server

We also have one Admin in charge of the domains (me) and one in charge of the domains (GA), so we’d have to team up to go rogue. We also have processes to handover control if we get hit be a bus.
