Analogue synthesis is really something special. It took the cultural spirit of music, replaced it with curiosity so deep that it became culture again, and revolutionized the world in basically every way.
Maybe A/V nerds in the 50s felt different about it since it was just the industry and recording tech at the time, but we got rock 'n roll out of it and have FL Studio now because of them.
