Well other than politics reddit is quite good. It’s the best for asking stuff about unis, degrees and jobs
Which part is your favourite? The ads every few posts, the lack of meaningful discussion, or the constant barrage of notifications with no purpose?

Like, you can probably find users/subs about universities/fields and actually find people in them to respond. Lemmy is great, but good luck finding a mass of discussion around a niche location/field.
