I cannot find anything other than long grain in my country.
I finally put my hands on some spores and I wonder if I can try with that or if I will need to use another method.
Any though?

Uncle Ben’s/brown rice isn’t required. It’s just an easy medium to start your spores.

But can I try Uncle Ben’s with non brown rice bags or should I use another methods?

Yes you can use any rice. You can use other methods too that don’t involve rice.
