A rash of bizarre murders in New York City seems to point to a group of grotesquely deformed vagrants living in the sewers. A courageous policeman, a photo journalist and his girlfriend, and a nutty bum, who seems to know a lot about the creatures, band together to try and determine what the creatures are and how to stop them.
If they are cannibalistic and non-human, what’s the worry?

Most people instantly recognize Daniel Stern in this movie as Marv from Home Alone, but John Heard is also in this movie and he played the dad in Home Alone.
Not like it’s important, I just think it’s such an odd connection.
This one fucked with me hard as a kid living in NYC. Those things were terrifying.
