Basically, it is the same idea. Take communism and sugar coat it in fascist rhetoric and aesthetic to lure in the masses and make them less afraid. Since fascists appropriate leftist talking points…the idea is why not appropriate fascist aesthetics to lure in The NormalsTM?
MAGA communism works in the same way, nationalistic, chauvinistic rhetoric to appeal to the most bourgeoisie labor aristocracy or the bourgeoisie itself…it’s a cowardly form of revisionism because it rests on the idea that the masses are inherently fascistic and thus should have their hedonistic lust for power over those they see as their inferiors pandered to.
Problem is, even if this is a lie to lure people in, this is an ineffective form of opportunism because how many of these double agents against fascism are actually double agents? Besides, it just makes it more difficult to determine who feds are. Socialism is inherently anti-white-supremacy, anti-patriarchal, and pinky promising we’ll keep some bourgeoisie hierarchies ultimately undermines not only the class struggle but alienates the most proletarian of the masses.
Seriously, save this kind of stuff. I’m not sure what you mean. Hinkle and Haz Al-din already formed a political party last year called American Communist Party ACP. This was after they tried to takeover CPUSA, but got kicked out. They’re already pretending to be “actual communists”. They even quote Marxist literature but they misinterpret it to support right wing beliefs. I’m not sure what their actual membership number are but they post photos on twitter.
I mean if they try and distance themselves from this or play down the reactionary aspects or simply shelve them and get a bunch of fans who don’t know that about them in the future.

I don’t know the exact details of what happened. I’m saying what Haz Al-din claimed his intentions were. He says that he told his followers to join CPUSA to “change the party line” (ie takeover) and then the party began to ban people who associated with him.
The reason why I told my followers to join the CPUSA is because having disagreements with the ideological, strategic or even programmatic line with the party is not sufficient grounds for abandoning it.
As Stalin pointed out, the Communist way is to submit to the will of the majority of the party, however erroneous it may be regarded by you individually.
The point is that through internal discussions and dialogue, you may have an opportunity to argue on behalf of the correctness of your position, in order to persuade others and ultimately change the party line.
This is the point of democratic centralism: To make the party as an institution responsive to changes and nuances concerning the will of the majority, while simultaneously enforcing submission to the outcome of that will.
So even when the party decided to undemocratically and unconstitutionally pursue a policy of trying to ban members affiliated with ‘Infrared,’ I continued to tell my followers to hold out, to stay in the party and follow its rules and procedures, and conceal their views.
