Hello, I know this is a bit random, but I have a question about the preparation of microwave sandwiches ~specifically the likes of white castle sliders and jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches~ I follow the instructions as well as I can, and yet it either ends up frozen in the middle, or really hot and yet cold. it’s strange really. even when I wrap the sandwiches in paper towels it’s still frozen in the middle. perhaps i’m doing it wrong (most likely, i’m not the brightest bulb). yadda yadda im just wondering if there is a technique to this? I’m sorry if i’m bothering y’all I just wanted to hear what you guys think.

I’m not an aficionado on those specific sandwiches but you should try setting your microwave to half power and cooking for twice the time. I get much better results on most things when I cook like that - food will be more evenly heated and won’t be so brutally overcooked.

The most important part of those instructions is usually to set it to half power
