Looking at the stadium on Google satellite maps. There is no pedestrian access from the nearby hotels to the stadium. The stadium and its surrounding park are only connected by highways and off-ramps. So there is no safe foot path at all.

If you wanna get hit and run by a drunk leaving the sports book horse track or an Uber guy with no license from another country that’s on you. Only morons would try to walk anywhere near there.
