Of course you can grill veggies and alternatives, but grilling is such a meat culture.
The Hearth, Patio, and Bbq Assoc. said that in 2021, 70% of American homes (i know that’s not the world, but it’s where the study was) owned a grill. That’s up from 64% in 2019. So, no, not declining.
I’m grilling for my family all the time. All vegan. My son loves grilled corn, and there’s plenty of plant based burgers and hot dogs.
All the vegans I know own grills.
Considering BBQs are either a status symbol or a necessity that is dirt-cheap while also lasting quite long, I don’t think any non-premium company is in it for the sales. It’s a side business they do.
Sure, high-end BBQs are a different thing. But they sell as part of furnishing a house, not as part of your diet.
