according to the post the satellite isn’t a nuke, its nuclear powered. I feel like that probably means it is using an RTG, which has been used before on things like the curiosity mars rover.
the report seems to insist its actually an anti-satellite weapon of some kind, weather or not it’s a trustworthy source I dont know.
