Why euthanasia, they look absolutely fine, as healthy and dandy as the average US presidential candidate.

That year he had a brain hemorrhage whose fallout grew worse over time while his wife’s health was also in decline.

And we don’t even know when that picture was taken.

(Though I suppose this is more a snarky comment about Trump and Biden, in which case, carry on :) )

On one side this is kind of a nice thought, on the other one, we already had so many examples in the past where the wifes were just killed off once the husband died which makes it very creepy.
