Very nice idea and easy to use. Exercise preview videos don’t work for me though. If they did I would most definitely use this.

I notice that it prescribed cleans. Definitely not a movement I’d recommend to someone without at least a bit of instruction. Also, it prescribed Nordic curls, which are tough to do without equipment (unless you just stick your heels under a couch, which works, but these are pretty tough).
