This is a good analogy actually.

The bus isn’t really going in the direction that I want, and the bus stops are an extra distance out of the way, and it doesn’t run on time, so I’m just going to carpool or ride a bike.

And then I’m going to send a complaint to the city council about they need better bus routes.
