Since birds are dinosaurs and have all kinds of specialized behaviors and non-fossilizing traits like specialized feathers, I assume the big dinosaurs had all kinds of wacky shenanigans and non-fossilizing soft tissues too.

Dinosaurs were not mammals, so they did not have huge boobs, at least in a sense of mammary glands.
Of course, those non-avian dinosaurs that died could have had some kinky sexual organs but non of the bird species we know of has huge mammary glands so avian dinosaurs most likely did not have either.
