I’m moving from ChromeOS to Manjaro. I want to put the Task Manager on the right edge of the screen, but don’t see how to do this. I’m pretty sure this was possible a long time ago.
Running KDE Plasma 5.27.11 and Wayland.
The task manager is just another widget on the panel. Right click anywhere on the panel (except on the tray icons, those are special), and click Enter edit mode
. Then you can drag the task manager along the panel and configure it how you like.
First of all, Manjaro is still on 5.27??? How is that a “rolling release” distro?
Second, right click on the panel (task manager) then just drag it to any side you want.

Rolling release doesn’t necessarily mean bang up to date although in practice most rolling release distros are.
Is this a definition created by the Manjaro devs? Because rolling release means a rolling release. There is no other way around it.
But they don’t have to roll on the bleeding edge. Look at openSUSE Slowroll for an example of a distro that rolls behind the curve.
