Oh hey which ideapad is this? How’s firefox hardware acceleration for video? I’m getting fed up with my 2016 Asus with i5-7200U and looking for something less annoying.

It’s an IdeaPad 1 from 2020 (Ryzen 3 7000 series) Firefox hw acceleration is good even better than windows

Yeah. My intel integrated gpu shat itself yet again and refuses to run anything better than 720@30. I am hunting for a good deal, and AMD is high on my list.

Ryzen laptop are pretty cheap but I recommend you wait until the 8000 series show up
