Pretty sure they’re out of air by now.
Even if they made it to the surface, you can’t open it from the inside. There’s no rescue mission, just recovery

Yes the DSV Limiting Factor is one of the few submersibles that can reach the Titan.
No, the DSV Limiting Factor is not equipped to have meaningful impact in the search and rescue in the short term. There’s nothing about the Titan that would readily allow it to be rescued by another manned submersible.
