Hello! I’ve come here to ask you lovely people from Lemmy if you guys know of some fun local coop games for at least 2 player.
I have a friend that usually comes over on the weekends and we like to play some coop games, unfortunately we mostly play Single player games, so we don’t really know many coop games.
We’ve had a blast playing through Cuphead, It Takes Two and Portal 2 so far! So any recommendations are welcome.

I hear Baldur’s Gate 3 has local co-op.
I think they had to drop split screen from the Series S, at least for now.
Highly recommend Division games(1&2).
Dying light (1) is an ok coop if you’re into zombies.
Ghost recon is good for coop.

Tiny teena’s assault on dragon keep.
You may like BroForce, a run-and-gun game where you unlock different characters as you go. I had a really good time with coop!
I love couch and online co-op! Here are some recommendations from my library
- A lot of Team17 games like Overcooked (including 2 and AYCE edition) or Movin’ Out.
- Plate Up!
- Unrailed!
- Out of Space
- Magicka 2 (and 1 but its way harder)
- Wizard of Legend (hard game will need many tries)
- Castle Crashers
- Risk of Rain (1 is difficult or 2 which is easier)
- Sonic All Stars Racing Transform/Team Sonic Racing
- Spelunky (1 or 2)
- TMNT Shredder’s Revenge

Do you mean “Couch Co-op”? Or LAN, like many comments here seem to assume you do?
