Survive.IO is the only one I have bookmarked. It’s basically top-down, 2D PUBG.
I have also liked almost everything on AdultSwim.com; but it’s been a long time since I’ve been there. My favorite was 5 Minutes to Kill Yourself.

QWOP You control a track runner to get as far as you can with Q, W, O, and P which are the left/right legs and (I believe) thigh/calf motion. It’s very difficult, failure is entertaining, and success feels great.
