Reminder to never use a free VPN. If you need one, research a reputable one. If a VPN is free, you are the product being sold (or exploited)!

Proton has a free plan for VPN, its good, they just want you to subscribe to the full version.

I’m still waiting for a subscription to Nord to time out, but I’ve been hearing nothing but Proton since joining the Fediverse. I’m seriously considering moving to that. They also offer an alternative to Google drive that looks like it might have potential as well.

If you are going to use a VPN, just use Mullvad. I’m not aware of a better I’ve, and I definitely wouldn’t trust a free one.

Unfortunately they removed port forwarding on July 1st so they’re no good for tormenting anymore.
