A lot of homemade Slavic food and a fair few budget recipes.
Ps. The closest equivalent to doctor’s sausage I can find is Devon, potentially even Strasburg - which are affordable lunch meats sold in bulk sausages. But if you don’t like it you don’t have to use it.
