https://kufiya.org/

There’s an auto-queue and at the time of writing this there’s like 3600 people in it (and an estimated like hour wait), so no guarantee of anything being in stock by the time you read this; but I figured I’d post this in case anyone was waiting on them to restock.

Just 20 minutes until I can get in!

no, by the time I got there there weren’t any kufiya’s left. there were some non-kufiya things in stock, but I didn’t really want them.

(it also took a fair bit longer than 20 minutes, it took me a second to get back to the computer when it loaded, and then all the stuff was gone)

PSA: For people who are disappointed that things are out of stock, or do not want to wait in line in front of computer for hours during in-stock factory sale, you can preorder all Hirbawi designs (essentially, made-to-order) via abuwear - this is Hirbawi’s licensed distribution in the UK. Abuwear only takes $5 markup compared to direct order via kufiya.org

The next time you see him, a off-hand “i like the keffiyeh/scarf you’ve got on” would show a lot of solidarity! It usually only takes one random compliment from a stranger to help people get past that initial ‘I look like a dweeb’ nervousness with any sort of attire/accessory.

My preference is for the black just because it’s such a clear symbol post-Oct 7. But the red one is my second choice. Honestly I’ll probably be happy with whatever I can get, I’m currently at 2,129 in line.

Can you please explain the meanings

Sure. The black and white one is very typical in Palestine and is “traditional” for that area. The red and white one is what the PFLP wears - though I understand that red and white is also what is commonly worn in the gulf states, I’m not sure.

guy who is pushing for Palestinian liberation because he wants to get a fucking keffiyeh I missed it AGAIN

I bet Israel goes out of their way to specifically block Hirbawi’s exports too. Symbolic battle

If you’ve got an Instagram, follow their account and turn on post notifications. They usually make a post announcing a restock like the day before/day of. https://www.instagram.com/hirbawi/

The Irish one is gone : (

The only remaining one is blue and white, not my first choice but that’s fine. I signed up for next restock as well.
