A bunch of restaurants around me shut down recently and everyone blames the greedy servers for demanding more tips and wages. They’re blaming shoplifting too, claiming petty crime simply isn’t punished enough. Someone I know claims shoplifting is legal in California.
Americans can’t conceive of real estate capitalists squeezing other, smaller capitalists. It’s always gotta be taxes or baristas asking for higher wages.
Every restaurant that shuts down around here is 100% the fault of landlords. No restaurant has ever folded because the servers got paid $10 per hour instead of $8 per hour

You always see people call for labor to go without, yet especially for their precious small businesses you will never see the same zeal for landlords to accept a cut in rent for the sake of a small business to either stay afloat or not raise prices.
There are 5 cabals that control the world:
- The Jews
- Big Trans
- Big Muslim
- High schoolers working at McDonald’s
- The CCP
Because they interact with baristas and other min wage workers, they’ve never seen and likely will never directly interact with the big bourgeois, makes it easier for us to turn on each other. Despite what many of them say seeing and interacting with in physical reality is belief.
