It also has constant access to the Internet and most of the time it’s answers are concluded from the top results of searching the question, so those can come from many cultures too.

Yeah, but why would Microsoft post this? They barely make any open-source software so why are they promoting FOSS development?

You can’t even use it without the documentation of the program that you want to install because some dependencies have to be installed manually, and even then there’s a chance of the installation not working because a unit test would fail.
