Yo’ mama is so fat that everyone is starting to become very concerned, because we all love you very much and it hurts to see you do this to yourself. I know you’re in pain, but dad is gone, and you cannot destroy yourself in your desperate attempt to fill the void. Please let us help you, I know it’s hard, but we need you mom, we all need you more than ever.

It was blue when it was previously white, but my psychiatrist had told me a week or so back that I shouldn’t worry about a color change because different manufacturers have different colors and such. So, even though the pill was blue, I didn’t question it much because my Dr. led me to believe it was nothing to be concerned about.
Obviously I have learned a hard lesson about paying a lot closer attention to any changes that might have happened with my drugs. It’s apparently easy to overlook a major pill dosage change when no one mentions it to you. I just really don’t want something like this to happen to anyone else, I was terrified the entire time.
Make sure you watch your doses. My Dr changed the individual lamictal MG from four 100mg, to two 200mg. No one told me, and I didn’t notice and ended up taking 800mg for a week. I ended up in the emergency room with the inability to see properly, and couldn’t keep myself standing. So yeah, I overdosed on twice the maximum dosage, which damn near killed me - all because my Dr randomly changed my prescription and no one told me about it. Maybe I should have noticed, but I had the same prescription for the last 6 years.
So my point is, don’t be like me, make sure you read your labels. It could be your life, and a lot of pain and fear if you’re not observant.
Problem is that something like this doesn’t really hold water against sleeping disorders. Using weed to fall asleep is literally a treatment option often prescribed to people who have sleep problems. I don’t think caffeine tabs are something a doctor would consider if you were having troubles staying awake.
I think history would generally disagree with you, Christians have been the driving force behind a lot of bigotry and hate. In the 70s alone they opposed abortion, same sex and same race marriage, banning rock and blues music, satanic panic, etc. The Christian community as a whole can be traced back to years and years of bigotry, and efforts to make their religious ideals the public standard.
There are many well-intentioned Christians, most actual Christians (idk about Easter-Christians) probably are. And there are many beautiful things that Christians and some churches do for their community. The institution they belong to wants to set the moral standard for everyone else, though, which has always entailed oppression of some form. I grew up Christian, and I have seen the good and the bad first-hand. While I am always overjoyed for the good things I see from the Christian church, they don’t balance against the bad for me.
