Agreed! I highly recommend waistline after using it for three years. If definetly gets easier once you logged most of your frequent foods. Its a but scarce for unpackaged foods (eg… Fruits and vegetables) and alcohol, but overall more than a suitable replacement for my fitness pal.
Would it be possible to create a fork of chromium to avoid google’s influence?
Seriously though, outside of work I kicked windows out of my house in 2020 and haven’t needed to go back. To be fair, my job doesn’t have any software requirements that would tether me to windows, but the gaming performance this year has been nearly flawless for the majority of my library, beyond anticheat some games actually run better on linux when you consider the reduced overhead in a lighter distro
I also agree with this sentiment. I got a used t440p which I used for years in school before upgrading to the framework 13. I still love my old thinkpad, but its now my cheap in home media server. I would agree that old thinkpad are easy to find and a cheap (but still very useable and still to some extent repairable) option for work and school.
Wow, the denial is strong. People are actively dying this year because of events that would have been statistically improbable just 10 years ago. Considering how important agriculture is to feed billions of people on a daily basis I would argue that any change to that jeopardizes our existence; and this is just one of the many effective ways that climate change could destroy modern day society.
You can believe what you want and I hope you the luck to never encounter fires, deadly weather, water or food shortages as many people today are dying from.
