My partner went to a convention in another city. He was caught off guard by the number of dudes in leather and fetishwear that he saw around the hotel when he first arrived but just thought the city must have a diverse and adventurous night life.
The next morning on his way out he spotted a poster, it was “The Bear Ball” weekend, some disco themed big gay guy event, and the hotel he was in was the headquarters, which explains why most of the other attendants of his conference were being housed in a different hotel.
He said he had some great people watching for the next couple days.
I am not an American, but doesn’t America separate church and state? Like as one of the base rules? I know they are constantly pushing that boundary (for the “good” religions that is) but isn’t this just a “nope, state can’t send money to that.”
It’s seems pretty straight forward… What mental gymnastics are being used to get around that pesky fundamental cornerstone of the US Constitution?
What about the shot that made it into the final cut where Worf and someone are fighting and he knocks a hole in the set and it’s just wood?
Did Trump’s campaign have credible evidence she didn’t? Was there any reason for them to suspect she was lying?
It’s a waste of time to prove every little facet of someone existence, not matter how “easy” it would be.
Instead, let’s ignore wild bullshit accusations of lying unless we are presented with some sort of evidence that backs it up, or come up against a strong reason to need to know (I can’t even think of a decent reason in this example…)
If Harris is caught in a lie about something related (lied about her qualifications during a campaign speech or something) THEN maybe demanding she look up her records and print some proof would carry some weight.
As of now, I’m just tired of this double standard. They squaxk and squak and demand proof for every little thing, it’s just to waste time and energy.
