Your argument is that a single backup is sufficient? I disagree, and I think that so would most in the selfhosted and datahoarder communities.

That’s a crazy number - 300 AQI is when you get into the final “hazardous” band. 1900 means the needle can go all the way around the dial and comfortably lap merely the hazardous level.

What work is actually involved in the Software Bill of Materials stuff? When I search for “Freebsd SBOM” I mostly get references to this news story.

There seems to be tools that generate SBoM reports automatically, is it just a case of adding plugins into the build pipeline?
