There’s a few more… Major countries like Liberia, Palau, Micronesia, & Belize.

Well-seasoned, air-fried chicken is super healthy and cheap.

8oz of skinless breast has 250 calories, 0 carbs, and >50g of protein. That’s really nutritious and healthy in my book.

That’s very similar to something like lentils, and a lot better than something like rice which other people are saying but is essentially empty calories with barely any nutritional value.

I liked IceRaven, but it’s not regularly updated anymore. I would go with Firefox Nightly, since that lets you install any extension you want (through an arduous process), where regular Firefox only lets you install add-ons on Mozilla’s approved whitelist.

More than that, look at the number of drivers who fail to follow turn signal laws or speed limits. It’s gotta be hard to find more than a handful of people who follow the basic traffic laws.

You have it backwards actually. You need to walk further into the cities to see the really poorly-educated.

Here’s the actual data. Look at Illinois for example. All the rural counties are right around 8% functional illiteracy. Then Cook County (Chicago) is literally double at 19%. The trend seems to repeat in every state. Queens and Brooklyn are the most illiterate parts of NY, while far-away Ontario County is the most literate.

The only real exception is in the Southwest. California’s most illiterate county is rural Imperial County with a whopping 41% illiteracy because of all the immigration.

I think it’s up to the mods/admins to cultivate such a culture/community. If you restrict low-quality political posts, the people who that’s their life will go elsewhere. I know that’s what I’m going for on my instance. I’d rather have fewer people who actually talk about interesting things than constant <color> bad posts.

Even if it didn’t, that would be trivial for anyone to do with the API. If you’re saying things you don’t want people to know you said, don’t use your name. Posting public, discoverable content is the entire point of Lemmy. Hiding what you’re doing wouldn’t solve the problem.
