I am using Mlem, which I used concurrently with Memmy before it died. I also use arctic as well, but do not care for the overall look. I have not messed with any appearance settings on it though.

Something like 300+ posts a day? It was getting out of hand. I have no issue with a bot that the owner interacts with the posts the bot makes. But otherwise it feels so low effort.

Especially since Memmy is an abandoned app. May be time to finally move on. It took me a while, but I found a replacement.
