GDPR Art 4.(1) β€˜personal data’ means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (β€˜data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;

Posts in the Lemmy instances contain information relating to an identifiable natural person (by their user handle), as they contain the person’s ideas and opinions. Therefore the Lemmy instances are handling personal data and must comply with the GDPR.

Other servers do store personal data. Any post or comment made by a user is personal data as it contains the thoughts/ideas of that user.

Will this actually stand or will it be struck down in court like Privacy Shield?

Replaceable battery does not necesarily mean that they are easily swappable on the fly. This is more on the right to repair side: not using hot glue, proprietary screws or soldered-in batteries.

Quote:

A portable battery should be considered to be removable by the end-user when it can be removed with the use of commercially available tools and without requiring the use of specialised tools, unless they are provided free of charge, or proprietary tools, thermal energy or solvents to disassemble it. Commercially available tools are considered to be tools available on the market to all end-users without the need for them to provide evidence of any proprietary rights and that can be used with no restriction, except health and safety-related restrictions.
