Ice machines was something puzzling to me when I was in the US. I am curious why would you need an ice machine if you already have a fridge in the room?

The graphic is quite outdated (2019 for top 3) and the situation got much worse. The latest datapoint on the website I could find was from 2021, indicating a wealth of 683 billions of the top 5 US citizens.

I second using a preconfig for Hyprland if you want to have something fancy and usable out of the box. You can build on top of that.

UK and Germany don’t have good public transport, maybe except for individual cities. Switzerland on the other hand has good and frequent public transport nationwide.

There is enough magic money to distribute if France (and every other country) would tax the rich.

You could try to change the sleep state from s2idle to deep. Not sure how to do this on Kubuntu though.
