During covid, there were people taking ivermectin to treat it.

Ivermectin for horses was a popular choice among these idiots.

Once I was watching my brother play counter strike and he would turn away in game and irl whenever he threw a flash bang.

He didn’t even realize he was doing this until I pointed it out.

You are correct. Seven is captured and forced to fight in a sport called “Tsunkatse”.

Here’s the fight: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DYUyTcoe0qw

Invincible handles consequences pretty well.

One example: At one point Atom Eve uses her powers to turn an empty lot into a playground. But it turns out

the lot was empty because the ground was unstable. So the playground collapses and injures several people.

Never played it either. Looks like it asked random trivia questions that I guess kids wouldn’t know.

For anybody thinking this new game will be anything like XCOM prepare for disappointment.

Jake has previously said that he is leaving turn-based tactics games behind.

And his tweet announcing Midsummer even says “it’s going to seem very different from what I’ve done before.”

edit: There is some good news for turn-based tactics fans. Another studio founded by former XCOM devs is focusing on turn-based games.

As @bleistift2@feddit.de commented:

Remember, kids, that pet’s names are often used for passwords. Don’t share sensitive information.

That said, I have no reason to believe that OP is trying to crack accounts. They seem to be a normal Lemmy user.

I don’t know that the Japanese game industry has had layoffs like the west has.

I’m reminded of the time Satoru Iwata cut his own salary to avoid layoffs at Nintendo.
