I’d say mine is Hotel Harem. It’s a lewd game that’s still in development that has been around for a while.

I’ve never played the game, but when I was a pre-teen there were a lot of ads for Final Fantasy X-2 and they featured a blond character with her thong showing. Made it very difficult to read my Nintendo Power without having to relieve myself.
