Literally. Bring a Harbor Freight five gallon bucket and keep it next to your seat. Bring it up to the podium when you’re speaking. Use it on the House Floor.

Also, require the House Sergeant at Arms and their staff to demand to see the genitalia of anyone who wants to use any gender-specific House restroom. No scofflaws, 100% enforcement.

Each time as well. Can never be too careful with those transgenerators. Never know when someone’s gonna pop out and switch things up to get access to the closer toilet.
